WOW XPE is a pioneering laboratory that integrates AI + IH (Artificial Intelligence + Human Intelligence) with the aim of covering all layers of the ecosystem that exists in the spaces where the goal is to generate emotional and/or shopping experiences for a specific audience.

Our laboratory is responsible for generating and measuring the emotions or actions of the public in certain situations that depend on the strategy developed with our client, owner or manager of the space, to carry out the fulfillment of these objectives.

Our developments and services are aimed at clients with different profiles, such as museums, retail stores, shopping centers, airport and/or transportation terminals, stadiums, visual architecture, corporate, shows and events in general, among others, where the generation of emotional and/or purchasing experiences help to boost their commercial and experiential strategy, where we work closely with the marketing, design, architecture, sales, visuals, and general management departments, among others.

At WOW XPE, we are an independent company headquartered in Miami, USA, with offices and laboratories in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We have technology factories where we develop our own technology, in addition to having alliances with the main leaders in the industry.

AI+IH

Although artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI) are two different concepts, at WOW XPE we focus on unifying them, integrating them, working them together to get the most out of them to generate amazement in the public, but that this emotion is measured to help decision-making and understanding of public behavior.

With AI, we focus on the ability of smart devices, screens, and various devices to perform tasks that didn't exist before or that traditionally required human intellect, while with HI, we focus on human cognitive abilities. With AI, we leverage processing speed and the ability to perform complex calculations, while with HI, we excel in analysis, information interpretation, abstract thinking, creativity, innovation, ethics, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to new contexts.
