Working as an integral part of your existing IT support process or as a standalone entity, our team works around the clock to minimize downtime for your digital media equipment. WOW XPE's dedicated, multilingual technical support team provides our in-house help desk service, accepting incoming customer phone calls and emails, as well as API-based tickets. We proactively manage equipment, monitor its uptime and status, and are available to you whenever you need us, Monday through Friday or 24/7.
